Station 19 season 3: How to watch it in the UK, cast, episodes, spoilers, release date and everything you need to know

ABC’s Station 19 already has two seasons in the bag, and it’s not set to stop anytime soon.

The Grey’s Anatomy spin-off, which delves into the professional and personal lives of the crew working at Seattle Fire Station 19, is officially returning for round three.

“I’m thrilled to continue at the helm of Grey’s Anatomy, and I’m honoured and energised by the opportunity to run Station 19 as well,” said Krista Vernoff, an executive producer and writer on Grey’s, who has since moved across to Station 19 following Stacy McKee’s exit.

“To expand upon the world [Station 19 creator] McKee created, and further merge it with the world of Grey’s, is an exciting challenge.”

“Everyone at Shondaland is thrilled that our fans’ commitment to TGIT [thank God it’s Thursday programming] continues,” said Grey’s creator Shonda Rhimes and her producing partner, Betsy Beers.

“We are so proud of Krista… [and] making the choice to have her oversee Station 19 was easy – the creativity she brings to the Grey’s Anatomy universe continues a tradition of storytelling we hold dear.”

So, what can we expect from Station 19’s third season?

Here’s everything you need to know.

Station 19 season 3 cast: Who’s in it?
Odds are good that Andy (Jaina Lee Ortiz) and Ben (Jason George) are definitely returning.

We’d also hope to see the following back for more: Jack (Grey Damon), Victoria (Barrett Doss), Ryan (Alberto Frezza), Travis (Jay Hayden), Dean (Okieriete Onaodowan), Maya (Danielle Savre), Pruitt (Miguel Sandoval), and Robert (Boris Kodjoe).

Kodjoe didn’t initially join the show as a series regular, but he impressed so much that he became a core cast member after just one episode.

Station 19 season 3 spoilers: What will happen?
While nothing concrete has been given away about what lies in store, fans have been promised more Greys/Station 19 crossovers.

“People can expect crossover events between these series every week,” ABC entertainment president Karey Burke said at an upfront presentation.

Deadline also expanded on that, revealing that in the new episodes, fans will see characters “seamlessly going back and forth in what would feel like two-hour episodes”, with “fluid” storylines.
