Bachelor Joey Graziadei is asking, he told E! News, so Golden Bachelor alums April, Susan, Kathy and Nancy told which of his costars might not be there for the right reasons.

Listen, if Bachelor Joey Graziadei requires guidance, it’s not like Bachelor Golden alumni April Kirkwood, Susan Noles, Kathy Swarts and Nancy Hulkower are going to handle it.

“I got a lot of advice from those ladies,” the season 28 frontrunner revealed to E! News’s Francesca Amiker in an exclusive interview. “They gave their opinions the entire time they were there watching that episode.”

Specifically, the women who bonded while vying for Gerry Turner’s heart — forming their ASKN friend group, a nod to their first initials — made a judgment about the man. there for the right reasons.

“They have a first impression and they’re going to let everyone know it,” the tennis pro explained, teasing their appearance on an upcoming episode of The Bachelor. “When they feel something or see something, they say, ‘I like that.'” Likewise, he continues, if they feel like maybe someone isn’t there to make friends, “They would say, ‘I don’t know, be careful,'” Joey recalls. “They were whispering in my ear the whole time about what they felt, what they saw.”

And even though his call ultimately came out on top with a final rose and maybe a Neil Lane diamond, “I accept them all,” he said of their advice. “At the end of the day, it’s who I am and what I’m feeling, but it’s nice to have them. You know, how they say it, they’re the ASKN ladies.”

While Joey wasn’t willing to reveal any spoilers about how his season ended—”All I can tell you is I’m very happy”—he did find a friendship that fits within the Golden Bachelor team.

“I was lucky to have the opportunity to get to know them during the group date I went on,” he said, referring to his cameo on Gerry’s group sports date. “I saw them more clearly on my season, connected with them through a promo we did, connected with them on Golden Bachelor: After the Final Rose. They were one of unique people. The personalities of all those women from that season are unreal. And now that I can actually have a relationship and connection with some of them, I’m so lucky lucky.”

While viewers will continue to watch his journey unfold every Monday on ABC, there’s reason to believe they’ll be raising a glass of champagne to Joey and his future wife. “I did everything I could,” he said of courting 32 potential brides, “and I won’t regret it. So I’m happy.”
