Valentine is skilled at winning over the hearts of his superiors and is described as the “nerve center” of the office. The final key player in the office is Kristen Chizal (Ebonee Noel). She is known as the team’s “most valuable resource” and is an extremely intelligent analyst who is able to see the big picture in a case faster than just about anyone.
