Tana Ramsay shows off her trim physique in figure-hugging workout gear as she enjoys family trip to SoulCycle

SoulCycle is the latest craze sweeping the US and the Ramsay family just can’t get enough of it.

On Thursday 41-year-old Tana Ramsay and her children – Megan 17, twins Holly and Jack, 15, and 13-year-old Tilly – were out in force as they enjoyed a group workout in Brentwood, Los Angeles.

All five were kitted out in Nike SoulCycle apparel and each of them picked up a healthy fruit juice as they headed home from their sweaty exercise session.
Tana led the pack and showed off her toned physique in cropped black leggings which she wore with a grey string vest that had SoulCycle’s signature wheel icon emblazoned across the chest in hot pink.

She teamed her outfit with matching pink trainers and rounded off her sporty ensemble with a black baseball cap and sunglasses.

She wore her hair in a neat plait, presumably so she could stay as cool as possible as their fitness session got underway.
Tana’s three daughters were uniformed with all of them wearing similarly styled cropped leggings and jazzy trainers.

And even Jack has invested in some SoulCycle gear although he steered clear of the leggings, instead opting for a pair of loose-fitting cycling shorts.

They each had a bag of gym essentials and appeared to be a family of few words as they trudged back to the car after their thirsty work sipping on smoothies.
And while Gordon Ramsay is also a big fan of the new craze sweeping the States, he didn’t seem to be in tow when the rest of his family turned on Thursday.

However, Jack’s best friend Brooklyn Beckham was there with mum Victoria, who was wearing similar leggings to Tana.

The fashion designer was closely followed by her best friend and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her husband David.
