Stefania Spampinato, who stars on the firefighting show as Dr. Carina DeLuca, makes her directorial debut with Station 19 Season 7 Episode 4, “Trouble Man.”

Spampinato took to Instagram to celebrate her Station 19 milestone, writing, “The episode of @station19 I directed airs this Thursday! Mildly excited over here,” and including an emoji of a person doing flips.

The team faces an intense 24-hour shift on the night of a full moon on “Trouble Man.” To make matters worse, Kate jinxes them by saying the “q” word out loud.
The promo video teases that a call is more gruesome than Theo has encountered in a while. This grueling shift is also Beckett’s first day back in the field, and the new footage suggests that Sullivan may offer Beckett a shoulder to lean on.
Meanwhile, Fire Chief Ross tells Andy about the layoffs, leading Andy to confront her team in the promo video. Captain Herrera interrupts a disagreement between Travis and Ben, in which Travis calls Ben “a danger to all of us.”

Hopefully, 19 can cool down, so Andy can try to save their jobs.

Meanwhile, Maya and Carina navigate the early days of parenthood with baby Liam. Hopefully, everything will be a bit more manageable for Carina after Bailey’s advice on Station 19 Season 7 Episode 3, “True Colors.”
