Whilst millions of fans tune in each and every week, the global SVU community is still reeling from last episode’s ambulance-based crime as a major shakeup rocks the detectives.

LAW AND ORDER SVU SEASON 24 EPISODE 14 RELEASE DATE EXPLAINED
Unfortunately, the release date for Law and Order: Special Victims Unit season 24 episode 14 has been delayed this week and will not air on Thursday, February 9 as many fans had been expecting.
The postponement of the SVU series’ latest episode is due to the broadcast of The 12th Annual NFL Honors program, which will take over the usual time slot this week.
The good news is that Law and Order: Special Victims Unit will return to its typical release schedule next week, with season 24 episode 14 set to premiere on Thursday, February 16.

Whilst convicts holding decades-long grudges against their arresting officer is nothing new to the SVU team, the look of genuine fear on Fin’s face is starting to get fans concerned about his fate.
FANS GROW CONCERNED FOR VELASCO’S FUTURE
Earlier in season 24, Law and Order: Special Victims Unit fans watched in horror as Velasco seemingly confessed to a murder on a covert recording, found by detectives Benson and Muncy.
Not realizing that he was being recorded, Velasco told a suspect how his former boss “put a gun in my hand and made me blow this guy away.”
Unfortunately, SVU fans are now concerned that this confession could be a pretense for Velasco’s exit from the show – with the conveyor belt of different characters being introduced in the show only fuelling their fire.
One fan wrote, “Please don’t tell me they’re bringing in this new detective to phase out Velasco, the same way they brought in Muncie to phase out Rollins.”
“Did they ever consider that velasco was lying to get a confession???? i’m so sick of law and order i can’t keep anyone i like”, replied another fan.
Further speculation included, “someone has to tell me what they are doing in Velasco, because I’m not understanding anything” and “Its bad enough i lost my baby Duarte. Please dont take away my boo Velasco too.”
