Don’t wait for the ‘Cosby Show’ reunion

No, we won’t see Rudy Huxtable as a busy mother or a high-powered lawyer.
Not because Bill Cosby has definitively stated that a Cosby Show reunion won’t happen.
“We worked hard for eight years and did really well,” he told E! News.
But why? According to Cosby, because people are sick of cute kids.

“A lot of people came and said, ‘I want my house back.’ And we got our house back with the TV. That’s what I want to take away. I’m so tired of seeing little kids, it’s not that they’re smarter, it’s not that they’re smarter, they’re just spoiled brats with no respect and the writers wrote these lines for These childrens. I thought these writers must have gone through some terrible, terrible experiences with their parents.”

Sabrina LeBeauf, left, Tempestt Bledsoe, Bill Cosby, Keshia Knight Pulliam, Malcolm Jamal-Warner, Phylicia Rashad and Lisa Bonet starred on NBC's hit sitcom "The Cosby Show" for eight years.

However, that doesn’t mean we won’t see more Cosby. He also revealed that he is meeting with some networks about new projects and may be looking at something with the Jim Henson Co.

“They care and they work, they go beyond — far beyond — research and practice,” he said. “So be careful with Bill Cosby and the Henson Company.”
