The Young and the Restless spoilers for April 14-18 focus on cutthroat corporate power moves and strategy as Victor sets a trap for Billy, Jack and Diane go on the defense, and Lily presses Damian to tell the truth. Will she be able to handle the truth?
Next Week on The Young and the Restless
Victor (Eric Braeden) cannot let go of his monumental grudges against the Abbotts, specifically Jack (Peter Bergman), Kyle (Michael Mealor), and Billy (Jason Thompson). Look for The Moustache to be uber busy this coming week.
First, Victor sets a trap for Billy. Is this because he knows that Billy might be making a play for Chancellor? Or is this The Great Victor Newman’s attempt to draw out Aristotle Dumas? Later, Victor stands his ground against the Abbotts, who must come after him because of the spies they think he embedded at Jabot. Finally, Victor plays his cards close to the vest, which must mean he hides his shenanigans from those closest to him, namely Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott).
Winters Full Court Press
The Winters drama takes front and center on Tuesday. Lily (Christel Khalil) can’t shake her gut feeling that Damian (Jermaine Rivers) is hiding important information about him, his background, or his history with Dumas. And so Lily presses Damian to come clean. In the show’s next week-on preview, Damian tells Lily he will tell her everything…but on one condition. What is that condition?
Meanwhile, Nate (Sean Dominic) gives Holden (Nathan Owens) a warning. Hmm… could it have something to do with needing to watch himself with Audra (Zuleyka Silver)? Or maybe he tells Damian’s right-hand man that his relationship with Audra better remain in the friend zone. As for Nate’s significant other, Audra makes a bold move. Has she already started her mission to break up Kyle and Claire? That woman moves fast.
The Abbotts have a lot going on, including poor Traci (Beth Maitland). She now knows she was involved with Alan’s evil twin, Martin Laurent (Christopher Cousins), all along. She has stayed strong and brave throughout this ordeal. Now Traci looks for closure. This may mean she will have to face the man who deceived her for months and months. Is that what’s about to happen here?
On Monday, Jack suddenly addresses Diane’s (Susan Walters) habit of keeping secrets. Hopefully, this isn’t about how she’s kept the details of the Abbott mansion refresh under wraps. It could be about something Jabot or Jabot-Classsic related. What does she know that she didn’t divulge to her husband?
Finally, Jack and Kyle suspect that somebody planted spies within Glissade. Look for the father and son to confirm their suspicions when they discover deception. Undoubtedly, they now know this is Victor’s doing. But Victor doesn’t know that they know, so Jack and Kyle could have the advantage.
