Will Casey and Brett End Up Together in Chicago Fire S11 Finale?

With the season finale just days away, fans are divided on their predictions for the season’s biggest reveal.

The final episode of Chicago Fire season 11 is only a few days away, and fans have come up with several theories, most of which seem pretty believable, even if they contradict each other.

The most controversial aspect is whether Casey will end up returning to Brett, as the promo for the episode shows him outside of her apartment.

This topic has come up several times throughout the season, with many fans believing that Brett might even disappear from the show to continue her relationship with him.

In support of this claim, they say that Brett is way past Dylan at this point (some even think that he was a sort of “placeholder” for Casey all along), and that her and Casey reuniting to raise the baby is the only logical outcome for the writers to choose.

Also, a somewhat similar situation occurred in episode 16 of season 9, so Brett breaking up with Dylan early in that episode would be a perfect conclusion to their story.

Others, however, say that not everything is as simple as it seems, because the show’s creators rarely tie things up nicely, and the promo kind of teases things to come.

According to them, the fact that Casey is only shown outside Brett’s apartment only means that he will most likely be interrupted by Dylan at the end of his speech or in some other way, subverting the viewer’s expectations.

In their defense, supporters of this theory say that there has been no official information that Kara Killmer, who portrays Brett, is leaving the show, so such assumptions are completely unfounded.

To be fair, most of the time when an actor or actress who has been a big part of the show for a significant amount of time leaves, it is usually announced in advance.

However, this is not always the case, so maybe the creators are keeping this big reveal under wraps.

Fans will have to wait a little longer to find out the truth, as season 11 episode 22 will premiere on May 24, 2023.
