Who Was Jack Marone?
The story of Jack Marone is as complex as it is dramatic. Jack is the son of Nick Marrone (Jack Wagner) and Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig). However, his origins were a source of great tension between two iconic B&B characters—Taylor and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang).
The feud between Brooke and Taylor was legendary, with the two battling over love, men, and family. At the heart of their rivalry was Nick, who was initially one of Taylor’s clients. The pair developed a romantic relationship, and after Taylor became pregnant via in-vitro fertilization, it was revealed that she was carrying Nick’s child.

Amidst this turmoil, Nick’s relationship with Taylor and their family dynamic began to fray.
Nick found love again with Donna (Jennifer Gareis), but the relationship couldn’t withstand the strain. The scandal involving Nick stealing Forrester designs further complicated things, leading him to flee Los Angeles with Jack, sailing away on the Shady Marlin II. After that, neither Nick nor Jack was mentioned again, leaving a major hole in the story that fans have wondered about ever since.
Why Should Jack Return Now?
As we approach the holiday season, it seems like the perfect time for Jack to return to Los Angeles. With Brooke’s ongoing struggles and her desire to find peace after her separation from Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), a visit from all her children—including Jack—would be a much-needed source of joy. Jack’s return could also offer a fresh dynamic, bringing new energy to the Forrester family drama.
Brooke deserves to see that there’s life after Ridge, and her family would be complete with a reunion of all her children. Jack’s story is far from over, and it’s time for The Bold and the Beautiful to bring both him and Nick back into the fold. Fans have been waiting long enough for their return—now is the perfect time to give them what they’ve been missing.
