Writer Stephenie Meyer confessed that she has not dared to touch EL James’s novels because the erotic writings are not her thing.

However, on the other hand, the Twilight author is not very interested in EL James’s series. In an interview with the Guardian , Stephenie Meyer said that she has not read the first Fifty Shades of Grey , let alone the entire series. ” It ‘s not my favorite genre. Erotica is not my thing. I don’t even like romance novels. They’re too crude and too steamy.” . That’s why my work is often an innocent, pure world. That’s also the world I live in,” Meyer said.
