Here are The Young and the Restless spoilers for Friday, December 27, 2024 when Victor gives Victoria and Cole his blessing.
What to expect on The Young and the Restless
At Amy’s (Valarie Pettiford) request, Nate (Sean Dominic) hired a private detective (Telma Hopkins) to find Amy’s son — and Nate’s half-brother — Damian. The P.I., Denise Tolliver, had strict instructions from Nate that if she was to find Damian, there was to be no contact.
Amy wanted Nate to be the one to tell Damian that not only did the two men share a biological father but that Amy was dying. Denise did as requested and came to Genoa City to let Amy and Nate know that she tracked down Damian’s home in Los Angeles but suggested that they go immediately to talk to him as he had a long list of jobs and home addresses, suggesting he was often on the move.
Once her dream of finding Damian had come true, Amy worried how he would react to the information he was to be given. She reluctantly agreed to go with Nate to L.A. but asked that he tell Damian first, and if he wanted to speak to Amy after he received what could be devastating news, then she would be there to talk to him. On Thursday, Nate, Amy, and Audra (Zuleyka Silver) all travel to L.A., where their in-person search for Damian begins.
Ian gives his regards
After months of behind-the-scenes machinations of the lives of Genoa City residents, Ian Ward (Ray Wise) is ready to be seen and heard. He took off his disguise at Society and befriended an unsuspecting Tessa (Cait Fairbanks). As she had no idea that he was Ian, and not “Warren” as he had introduced himself, she thought he was just a charming older gentleman who was new in town and alone for the holidays and inadvertently gave him way too much information about her personal life.
There is nothing stopping Ian from being seen in Genoa City. He was released from prison after serving his term, and he isn’t wanted on any new charges — yet. As no one knows he’s in town, they certainly don’t know about him being in cahoots (and romantically involved) with Aunt Jordan (Colleen Zenk). But Tessa (and everyone else) is about to find out that Ian is back in their lives when Abby (Melissa Ordway) sees Ian at Society.
Meanwhile, on Friday Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) shares disturbing news with Adam (Mark Grossman). Does she know Ian is back in town, too? Or has something happened to Connor (Judah Mackey)?
