The singer of Albanian origin, Rita Ora, will appear in another film role. She has been chosen to star in the film adaptation of the erotic novel, “50 Shades Of Grey”.
The Hollywood Reporter announced that the 23-year-old will play Mia Grey, the adopted sister of the main character, rich man Christian Grey, played by actor Jamie Dornan.
“It’s official! I was involved in ’50 Shades Of Grey’, as Christian’s sister, Mia”, wrote Rita on Twitter.
Actress Dakota Johnson plays the role of billionaire Grey’s girlfriend, while the other names of the actors who will play, are Eloise Mumford, Luke Grimes, Jennifer Elche and Max Martini.
Filming has already started, while the other names of the stars that will be part of the film will be announced later.
This is a big step for Rita in her career as an actress, after appearing in the sixth installment of “Fast & Furious” and the series “90210”.
The film “50 Shades Of Grey” will begin showing in cinemas on February 13, 2015.
