‘Next Level Chef’ Season 4: Who Made It Through Night Three of Shocking Eliminations?

The competition headed half way around the world–foodwise that is, on tonight’s Next Level Chef. The remaining professional chefs, social media chefs and home cooks battled it out to make the best possible ramen in the all-new “Shoyu My Ramen” episode.

But first, Gordon Ramsay announced that social media chef Meg Sheley from Team Ramsay had to leave the competition for medical reasons, meaning that there were only 12 chefs remaining. Team Ramsay is missing two as social media chef Mistie Knight went home week one. Nyesha Arrington is also down one team member, having lost home chef Cathy Cann last week. That meant only Richard Blais had an intact team going into the competition. Check out spoilers on who went home this week.

What was the first challenge tonight on Next Level Chef, and who won it?

Beatrice Heirigs

The first challenge of the night was a next-level ramen dish, and because time moves so quickly in Tokyo, Gordon revealed that the twist to the challenge was that the platform would not stop, so the chefs had to make their grab while it was moving. That said, it moved up and down several more times than usual to give the chefs a chance to make their grabs.

Since Team Ramsay’s Beatrice won last week’s challenge, they were cooking in the top-level kitchen, Team Blais was in the middle and Team Arrington was on the bottom level. For the second week in a row, Beatrice won best dish. Her ramen dish was pork tenderloin with a sweet and sour glaze finished with curry leaves
