Nathan Fillion’s Net Worth Is Nothing To Scoff At, But Joining DC Could Earn Him Many More Millions

James Gunn’s new DC Universe continues to come together as the studio boss and director prepares to film Superman: Legacy. Following the announcement of David Corenswet as the new (and taller) Man of Steel, the casting has gone on to add Nathan Fillion as its new Green Lantern.
And while he was once rumored to be playing Marvel’s Wonder Man (the actor eventually joined Marvel in Gunn’s Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. movies), Fillion is now preparing to suit up for a superhero role previously played by Ryan Reynolds. As he does, his net worth might also come as a surprise to fans.
Nathan Fillion Has Had Numerous Projects Since Castle

Following the end of Castle in 2016, Fillion wasted no time getting back to work. For instance, he continued working on the comedy series Con Man with Alan Tudyk and Mindy Sterling. The following year, the actor memorably guest-starred in the crime comedy series Brooklyn Nine-Nine as Mark Devereaux.
At the same time, Fillion also continued with his recurring appearance on ABC’s Modern Family as Rainer Shine. He was also a recurring guest star on Netflix’s Santa Clarita Diet as Gary West.
In the years that followed, Fillion also ventured into the world of DC Comics, although as a voice talent. Across various animated projects, the actor also continued to be the voice of Green Lantern (he previously did similar work in Green Lantern: Emerald Knights and Justice League: Doom) in The Death of Superman, Reign of the Supermen, and The Death and Return of Superman.
Around the same time, Fillion also started work on The Rookie, which wrapped up its fifth season in May 2023.
A few years later, Fillion also did voice work once again, but this time, it was for Marvel Studios and its animated series M.O.D.O.K. where the actor (interestingly) voiced the part of Simon Williams, a.k.a. Wonder Man.
Soon after, Fillion also reunited with Gunn as he played T.D.K. in The Suicide Squad. Soon after, he worked with the director again on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 where he played Master Karja. In addition, the actor also recently made an uncredited appearance in Pete Davidson’s Bupkis as Ace Spade.
