Who didn’t see this one coming?
Marco’s connection to Port Charles spans more than just his crush on Lucas and his potential job at Miller and Davis on the April 3, 2025 episode of General Hospital.

After Lucas’ (Van Hansis) meet cute-turned-drunken disaster with Marco (Adrian Anchondo), Lucas was understandably hesitant about reaching out to his Miami crush again. But after Marco arrived in Port Charles for a job interview with Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) and spotted a photo of Lucas on Alexis’ desk, it prompted the young lawyer to make the next move.
While the pair met for drinks at the Metro Court and continued hitting things off, Lucas’ nefarious ex Brad (Parry Shen) was begging to keep his job at GH when Portia (Brook Kerr) threatened to fire him over letting his blackmail on her get into Drew’s (Cameron Mathison) hands. She decided to let him remain at GH, but only because she made need his help in the future against Congressman Cutthroat.
Curious Connections
Over at Wyndemere, after Sidwell (Carlo Rota) assured Sonny (Maurice Benard) he had no connection to the penthouse bomb and continued his argument with Natalia (Eva LaRue), he answered the door to Marco saying, “Hey, Dad.” But once Marco walked in, he spotted Natalia, immediately saying, “Mom, what are you doing here?”
Marco being Sidwell and Natalia’s son also makes him Blaze’s (ex-Jacqueline Grace Lopez) brother, who was previously said to be named Eloi. Maybe Sidwell is even the top tier client of Marco’s that Diane reacted to when he showed her his client list. However things play out for Marco, it’s clear by his reaction that he’s much closer to his father than his mother.
