How 55-Year-Old Jennifer Aniston Stays Bikini-Ready: Inside Her Intense Workouts and Surprisingly Strict Diet

Jennifer Aniston showcased her incredible bikini body as she welcomed in 2025 with her A-list pals during her annual trip to Los Cabos, Mexico this week.

In photos obtained exclusively by DailyMail.com on Thursday, the Friends star, 55, looked sensational in a pink-purple string bikini while hanging out at a luxe resort.

The actress has long been known for her passion for fitness and has always kept in top shape throughout her years in the spotlight.

Jennifer has previously shared that she works out between three and five times a week and also follows a very healthy diet.

The Morning Show star previously admitted she doesn’t really have cheat meals and if she’s feeling stressed, will eat a single potato chip.

Last year, the actress took her fans through her Pvolve workout routine in an Instagram video.

Jennifer entered into a partnership with the New York City-based exercise method in August 2023.

According to its website, ‘Pvolve is a science-led method that combines low-impact functional fitness with resistance-based equipment to deliver results beyond a traditional workout.’

Aniston partnered up with Pvolve’s founder Rachel Katzman in 2021, and began incorporating the low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment into her routine after hurting her back.

After spending years ‘breaking her body,’ Aniston finally found Pvolve. ‘With this program, you can start gentle,’ the star explained. ‘You can restore your body.’

She said it is an innovative method that she ‘instantly fell in love with.’

‘So proud to support our female founder and the beyond talented trainers. This is one of my favorite workouts… and I’m so grateful for the team and excited for what’s to come,’ Jennifer said.

Through low-impact movement and resistance-based equipment, Pvolve users achieve not only aesthetic results, mobility, and stability but also feel more confident and energized, she has said.
