Gordon Ramsay confided to his social media followers:

“Hi everyone, this is Gordon. Honestly, I’m lucky to be standing here. I thank the doctors and nurses in the hospital who helped me.

And guys! We really need to wear helmets during any motorbike or bicycle activities.

No matter how short or long the journey is, a helmet is important. It saved my life.”

Even for children, the famous TV chef recommends wearing a helmet when participating in traffic.

“It’s been a brutal week. I’ve been in so much pain. And I’m almost through it,” Gordon Ramsay shared.

In the caption of the post, Gordon Ramsay said he is currently fine and not too seriously injured.
