Good things come in threes, and that includes 9-1-1‘s.
Less than a month after 9-1-1: Lone Star ended over at Fox, ABC has announced a series pickup for the franchise’s next spinoff, 9-1-1: Nashville.
The Music City-set offshoot will air on ABC — the current home of the 9-1-1 mothership — during the 2025-26 TV season. Ryan Murphy, Tim Minear and Rashad Raisani will exec-produce and write 9-1-1: Nashville, with Brad Falchuk and 9-1-1 star Angela Bassett also on board as executive producers. (Our sister site Deadline first reported the series order.)
While additional details about the franchise’s third installment remain under wraps, we’ve managed to learn a few things from the Powers That Be through various interviews.
