Hope certainly got an eyeful!
The Bold and the Beautiful recap for February 28 saw Daphne Rose making a move and sweeping Carter off his feet, Luna crying in Finn’s arms, and Taylor hearing the awful truth.
What Happened Today On The Bold and the Beautiful?
Luna (Lisa Yamada) was shocked to see Finn (Tanner Novlan) and frantically started answering his questions. She explained that he rescued her from prison, but she’s still under house arrest. Then, she turned the tables and asked why HE was THERE. She immediately assumed he was there to take her back to prison.
Luna promptly turned on the waterworks and cried to Finn about her regrets. She wished she could take it all back and make things right…especially with him and Steffy. She began to panic, and her anxiety level reached new heights as she chaotically tried to explain herself. She even cried about Tom (Clint Howard). How could she kill her own dad? Finn then broke down in tears, too, and held Luna again.
Meanwhile, Taylor (Rebecca Budig) was shaken up to hear about Finn and Poppy (Romy Park), but even more so to hear about Luna! The news rocked her and she saw how much it rocked Steffy’s entire world. As Steffy explained when it all happened and how Poppy’s lies ruined Finn and Luna’s lives, Taylor could barely speak — and when she did, she simply refused to believe it. It couldn’t be true!
A Brave Face
Hope (Annika Noelle) was in the design office trying to butter up Zende (Delon de Metz). Their line was next up, and she was excited. She brought up how genius it was to bring Daphne Rose (Murielle Hilaire) on. Zende agreed. She’s had quite an impact on the company…and the new company head! Hope agreed…uncomfortably. Then, Zende took another dig. She was happy, but it was clear Carter was not. Why does she think that is? Hope obviously wasn’t about to answer that.
Instead, Hope and Zende circled back to talk about Daphne Rose and her impact on Forrester Creations. It was clear Hope was worried, and her jealousy was rising, but she kept a level head. Little did she know, she should be worried. Very worried. She’d soon learn, though.
Trouble in Paradise
Across the hall, Daphne Rose continued appealing to Carter’s sense of right and wrong by pointing out how wrong he was. Is all this worth his relationship with the Forresters? This is his golden opportunity to prove his point while also handing back the company. She stood him in front of a mirror and told him to be honest with himself. Is this who he wants to be?
Daphne Rose suggested a deal. He offer to hand the company back over if the family agrees to keep Hope’s line. Hmm…interesting. When Daphne Rose pointed out what a good man he is deep down, Carter finally opened up to her. One thing led to another and they kissed. It was at that exact moment Hope peered in the office door and saw the lip lock with her own eyes! Yikes!
