‘Blue Bloods’ Fans, Prepare to Be Upset By This Season 13 News

Blue Bloods fans, once again your Friday night is free. The CBS police drama did not have a new episode last Friday, and there will not be a new episode on Friday, February 24 either. That means it will be yet another week until we join the Reagan family around the Sunday dinner table.

There’s no particular reason for the delay. This week, CBS is airing two episodes of the new series Fire Country, a drama about prisoners out on work release to combat the wildfires in Northern California. Country music fans will want to pay attention to this show, as “Heaven” singer Kane Brown will be making his acting debut on an upcoming episode.

Donnie Wahlberg, who stars as Danny Reagan, shared a video from set with his fans on Instagram. He wrote, “So #thankful for another day on the set! Very few places, I’d rather be! 🙏🏼❤️💫🎬@bluebloods_cbs #bluebloods #newyork.” Fans left comments like, “We want another season!!!!!!!🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️❤️😍😍😍😍” and “And we love you! Keep those episodes coming ❤️❤️💞❤️❤️”

We’re hoping to see much more of the New Kids on the Block star’s character for many seasons to come. CBS has not officially renewed Blue Bloods for season 14, but last year season 13 was not confirmed until April, so we’re hoping to hear official word about the show’s future soon.

Blue Bloods will return with a new episode during its regular time slot on Friday, March 3. Until then, catch up on all the previous seasons on Paramount+.
