Jennifer Aniston can’t go anywhere without being recognized — unless she has this product in tow.
PEOPLE has an exclusive look at the antics behind the scenes of the Morning Show actress’s SkinnyPop popcorn campaign, which launched on Wednesday, Feb. 26.
In the blooper reel, the Friends alum approaches the front desk at a hotel, popcorn bag in hand, asking to check into her room.
The front desk agent asks the actress her name, which the 56-year-old provides, before the employee replies, “Sorry, I don’t have a Jennifer Anderson.”
“No, no. Aniston with an N,” Aniston responds. The receptionist asks, “Naniston?” which causes Aniston to break character with a chuckle.
She throws out more suggestions — like Lucy Anderson and Joanna Anna — in different cuts of the scene, each one making Aniston laugh.
“There’s an Ann in my system,” another front desk agent interjects

“I’m sure there’s a lot of people in your system,” Aniston replies in a snappy tone.
“Try Jenna,” he suggests to his coworker.
“No, no, no, don’t try Jenna. It’s not Jenna,” Aniston pleads, but the receptionist is persistent. “Try Allison,” he adds but Aniston begs, “No, Allison is nowhere near my name.”
He pitches in a few ideas like Henderson, Hannigan, two N’s and three N’s.

“You know what? Your help is not helping,” Aniston quips before being hushed by him. “Can you keep it down a little bit, I’m on the phone,” he says, making Aniston and the rest of the crew crack up before the reel ends.
The final version of the “Popular for a Reason” campaign, which Aniston was part of devising and executing with creative agency Erich & Kallman, sees the actress get approached by fans — of the popcorn in her hand.

Aniston just celebrated her 56th birthday on Feb. 11 with sweet wishes from family and friends, including her pal and former Friends costar Courteney Cox.
Cox shared a tribute to Aniston’s big day with a throwback snap of the pair posing and smiling together.
“Happy birthday to my friend for life,” she wrote. “Never has there been a more generous, loving, beautiful, talented, funny, loyal friend. I feel so lucky to be growing up with you.”
