Season 16 of the hit Bravo series The Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres Sunday, March 9 at 8/7c.
The highly anticipated return of the show comes nearly a year and a half after season 15 wrapped up, and with new and old housewives ready to bring the drama, this season could be one of the most exciting yet.
On the premiere episode for this season, Porsha returns to the spotlight amid her tough divorce, but not all the other housewives are as welcoming as she’d like. Meanwhile, Drew navigates an awkward home life as a rumor about her and Porsha’s ex spreads.
Along with The Real Housewives of Atlanta alums Porsha Williams, Phaedra Parks and Drew Sidora, four new housewives will join this season. Author, businesswoman and podcast host Brittany Eady, Food Network regular Kelli Ferrell and NBA wife of Charles Oakley, Angela Oakley join the cast for the upcoming season.
Also, this season, Shamea Morton Mwangi who has made consistent appearances on the show dating back to season five has been named a full-time housewife for this season. Cynthia Bailey, another long time cast member will also make appearances throughout season 16.
Where can I watch The Real Housewives of Atlanta?
Those interested in catching the 16th season of the long-running Bravo series can stream it through Fubo, DirecTV Stream, and Sling same day.
Both Fubo and DirecTV Stream have free trials available for new subscribers, while Sling does not. Despite Sling not offering a free trial to new users, those who do commit to a paid plan receive half off their first month.
If you happen to have it in you to wait an extra day for The Real Housewives of Atlanta, you can stream next day on Peacock.
What is Fubo?
Fubo is much like any other streaming service, but instead of simply offering on-demand streaming, it offers a plethora of live TV channels such as ESPN, ABC, NBC, CBS, TLC, MTV and more.
Fubo considers itself a sports-focused live streaming service but also offers over 100 live TV channels through its basic package at just $84.99 a month following its 7-day free trial.
Users can stream a variety of shows and movies on-demand and even have the option to record favorite shows and movies through Fubo’s unlimited DVR feature.
What is DirecTV Stream?
DirecTV Stream mirrors Fubo by offering many of the same channels and features. The base package, otherwise known as the Entertainment package, includes over 90 channels available for streaming for just $86.99 a month after its 5-day free trial.
DirecTV Stream also has the Choice package, which is normally $114.99 a month, but through an ongoing promotion, pay just $89.99 a month for your first three months to access over 125 channels.
The service’s Ultimate package, normally $129.99 a month, is part of the current DirecTV Stream’s promotion, too. Pay $104.99 a month for your first three months and enjoy over 160 channels.
Those interested can compare all DirecTV Stream’s packages and learn more about the ongoing promotion here.
What is Sling?
Sling is another great streaming service to consider. Though no free trial is available to new subscribers, those interested in committing to a plan get half off the first month with any of the available Sling plans.
Both the Sling Orange plan and the Sling Blue plan are normally $45.99 a month, but with the current promotion, users will pay just $23 a month for the first month.
The Orange + Blue plan combines the best of both plans for just $60.99 a month, but this plan is also part of Sling’s ongoing promotion so new subscribers can expect to pay only $30.50 for the first month of the subscription.
What is Peacock?
Peacock is one of basic cable’s greatest alternatives. Users can stream hit movies and TV shows or explore a plethora of Peacock Originals. Whether you’re in the mood for bingewatching a beloved series or doing a bit of channel surfing, Peacock offers plenty of both.
Peacock currently offers two plans to choose from including their premium plan for $7.99 a month ($79.99 annually) and their premium plus plan for $13.99 a month ($139.99 annually).
