Kelly Thiebaud from General Hospital Opens Up with Hilarious Take on Her Single Life Struggles

Kelly Thiebaud still has what it takes to be a good actor as she made fun of her single life existence with a hilarious video.
Kelly Thiebaud remains in the hearts of General Hospital fans everywhere. Since leaving the role of Britt in January 2023, she’s kept in touch with her followers through social media. In December 2024, She even brought back a long-gone Christmas tradition of sending out photo cards. She recently shared a hysterical video that lampooned how her life has changed.
Disappointment Surrounded Her
Thiebaud wrote three simple words on Instagram: “The single one.” Along with that she shared a funny video that looked like she just had just gotten out of the shower and was preparing for a night on the town. She got on the phone and had a conversation with someone. “Hey babe, how’s it going?” she began, adding, “Yeah, hey, listen, I was just thinking Spring Break is coming up, and I was like, I am single, ready to mingle. We need to go to South Beach. Are you down?”
Sadly, it seemed that she got turned down as she said to the person, “Oh, OK, you’re going to Hawaii with all your mom friends.” She tried to hide her disappointment, continuing, “I love Hawaii, yeah. Yeah, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll do something later. OK, bye.” Her former GH co-star Jon Lindstrom (Kevin) responded, “Oh Kelly, you crack me up! 😂.”
She Didn’t Sound Too Desperate
The next call didn’t go swimmingly either. She reminded the person that they used to dance all night at Las Vegas clubs and clamored to do something on Spring Break. She was again disappointed, responding, “You’re pregnant…I keep forgetting that. Yeah, that probably won’t be fun for you. Yeah, we’ll do it another time.”

After exchanging pleasantries with her next friend, she said, “Hey, I was just thinking, I haven’t asked anyone else but you because you’re my number one and, like, we have so much fun together and, you know, it’s Spring Break coming up. And I am so single, and I really need to like mingle and meet a man. And yeah, you, you understand.” She invited her friend to go to Italy to enjoy the food and drink and meet men. Then, she paused and responded, “Oh, you and your husband are going away on a romantic trip. That, that sounds so much fun.”
She hid her disappointment well by finishing the conversation with, “Yeah, yeah, don’t, don’t worry about it. Italy will always be there.” After hanging up, she looked like she wanted to smash her phone, and we couldn’t stop laughing. Her delivery was spot-on and illustrated how she still has great acting chops.
