Who Will Take the Fall for Cyrus’ Death on General Hospital?

No one knows who really killed Cyrus. Who will take the blame?
General Hospital’s Cyrus was on a murder spree and now he is dead. Josslyn killed him but it was covered up. It could have been anyone so who will go down for it?

Bad Alibi
The go-to culprit for crimes committed in Port Charles is the resident hitman Jason (Steve Burton). Cyrus’ (Jeff Kober) murder will be no different. Everyone thought Jason would go after him for killing Sam (ex-Kelly Monaco), including the police commissioner. Threatening him in a public place did not help the situation.

Anna (Finola Hughes) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) both asked Jason not to go after the man who murdered his ex-wife because they knew he wanted to. He considered doing it but eventually decided it wasn’t what Sam would have wanted. Instead, he went to talk to Drew (Cameron Mathison) about making peace for the children’s sake. Drew refused.
The brothers were speaking at the time that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) shot Cyrus. Drew hates his twin and will not confirm his story if asked. He would be more than happy to see Jason go down for a crime he didn’t commit.

Murder? What Murder?
After Joss shot Cyrus, she didn’t call Jason or Sonny (Maurice Benard) for help; she called Brennan (Chris McKenna). He immediately covered up the shooting and made it look like nothing ever happened. By the time the PCPD arrived, there was no evidence of a crime.

It turns out that Brennan was feeding Josslyn clues as a test. He believes she would make a great WSB Agent and is trying to recruit her. No one will ever know she killed Cyrus if she becomes a spy. If she declines the offer, it is unclear if Jack will turn her in.
As of now, there is no body ,so there is no proof that Cyrus is dead. No body, no crime. Although Jason did tell Cyrus in front of everyone at Charlie’s that no one would find his body. This puts us back at Jason being arrested. Will Jason take the fall? Will anyone? let us know what you think in the comments section.
