Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) has been wreaking havoc for months and months, longer than anybody knows. Unable to do the Lord’s work at GH and Turning Woods, Cyrus knows people are on to him. And he’s especially noticed how Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) has been acting. After Elizabeth and Cyrus’ eye-opening confrontation on Wednesday, Lucky (temporarily Guy Wilson) raced in to save her, and as a result, Lucky’s the one with the syringe stuck in his thigh. So he is the one Isaiah and Portia have to save.
Shock and a Dose of Strategy
Meanwhile, Mayor Laura Collins (Genie Francis) gets shocking news, it has to be about the Digitalis Murderer’s latest victim — Lucky. Currently, he’s fighting for his life. But she will have more shocking news to digest when she finds out the identity of the person who tried to kill her daughter and now her son — her half-brother Cyrus.
Also, look for Jordan (Tanisha Harper) to strategize. She knows warlord Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has a vested interest in the Esplanade, a project that would upend Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) empire. So what plan does she come up with, and does she share it with someone? We certainly hope she does. As badass as she is, she needs backup.
Facing Decisions and Fears
Jason makes a big decision. He could decide to listen to Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Anna (Finola Hughes) and not seek vengeance for Sam’s (ex-Kelly Monaco) death and kill Cyrus. After all, Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) is pregnant, and he’s pretending to be the baby daddy. Plus, he has an actual son that he needs to protect. He can’t jeopardize that.
Finally, Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) faces her fears. Right now, her biggest fear is her secret being outed. This might mean she is going to tell someone the truth about what happened over 20 years ago. Does she tell Chase (Josh Swickard)? She loves him dearly but hates keeping this secret from him. If she does confess the truth to him, how much of it will she tell? There’s no way she’d come clean about Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) being the father. Would she?
