Henry Joseph Samiri, who plays Douglas on B&B, shared an exciting career update with fans.
Henry Joseph Samiri shared the exciting news on social media. He announced that he had scored a new recurring role after his time on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Making It In Hollywood
Samiri plays Douglas Forrester on the CBS soap. However, his character has taken a backseat to the other drama that’s unfolding. That’s because Douglas’ father, Thomas (Matthew Atkinson), returned to France with his fiance, Paris (Diamond White). Their story was left unwritten. Samiri’s last appearance was in July 2024.
He’s been trying to make it in Hollywood, which isn’t easy. The entertainment industry has its ups and downs, which can be tough for aspiring young actors. Yet, Samiri has remained positive on his journey. Through grit and hard work, he got lucky. Samiri shared an update on his Instagram account. “Working in Hollywood means early morning call time. Last day of filming for my new recurring role. Have a great day, everyone!” he teased.
Samiri shared a photo of himself rocking a beige Nike hoodie with matching sweats. He happily posed in front of a WB set. Samiri played coy about his new role. Looks like he’s moving onto brighter and bigger pastures.
