In an interview with Mirror , actress Dakota Johnson revealed some details about the movie 50 Shades Darker, especially the hot scenes between her and co-star Jamie Dornan.
– What’s new from “50 Shades: Darker”?
– Anastasia Steele discovered her own hidden things. In this second part, she has become more mature and has a deeper inner self, so I have more room to act.
– Are you excited to continue working with actor Jamie Dornan?
– It was really great. Jamie and everyone on the crew were like family. We had so much fun together.
– What difficulties do you encounter in hot scenes?
– Of course, there will always be difficulties, but that is only the initial problem. The hot scenes last for many hours. We have to break them down into small segments to do. I feel like this is just work, I don’t think too much about it.
– Are you familiar with hot scenes in movies?
– Of course not. Each part of the film, each scene has different emotions. Once, Jamie and I had to act continuously and repeat sex scenes for seven hours straight. It made me exhausted, it was really not pleasant.
– Are you confident about your body?
– I’m not sure. I was taught to respect myself and to always be confident and comfortable. I’ve always admired the beauty of other women. I was raised in an environment where being loved was more important than being beautiful.
– Do hot scenes in movies need stunt doubles?
– No, if I needed a stunt double, I would feel like I wasn’t doing my job. I always give everything 100% of my effort. I have to be true to my role and character. Moreover, I don’t have any aversion to nudity and acting, I’m completely comfortable with it.
– Do you think there is true love between Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey?
– Of course, that is the love story I think is the deepest and most beautiful of all the other love stories I know.
– Part one received criticism for its acting and content, what do you think?
– I don’t use Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, I don’t even have many friends. I don’t like reading other people’s comments about anything. So I just let those criticisms pass by. I find it interesting to participate in something controversial.
– What do your parents say about this role?
– Both my mother and grandmother are talented actresses who have played many similar roles. My parents also supported me even though neither of them saw the movie.
– So what will the final part be like when it comes out next year?
– I’m ready for a sequel. It could be a more sensual project or it could be the opposite. I don’t know, but I’m sure I’ll still participate if the director agrees.
