Jamie who is an ambassador for Diet Coke was chatting to host Nick Grimshaw about when he likes to enjoy the soft drink when things turned mildly x-rated
When asked by Nick to share his ‘Optimum Diet Coke moment’ Jamie agreed that on holiday is a good time before adding suggestively: ‘or in the morning after a sport.’
As those in attendance giggled at his response he continued: ‘It is quite nice after that.’
‘I’m also a golfer, so a nice one after golf.’
During the chat, Jamie also credited his composer wife for getting him into open water swimming and gave a shout out to a Dublin swim spot.
‘I wasn’t really [that into it] but my wife got me into it. She’s much braver than I am.’
‘There is a place in Dublin called Vico baths where it is a real party scene and there are loads of different cultures and they all encourage you to run in and jump in and everyone cheers and it is much easier to do that with the support.’
Jamie who is largely based in the UK went on to speak of regularly seeing Harry Styles sea swimming in Hamstead Heath.
